Just earlier I was having a group discussion with some friends about THE FUTURE. I really like the way that this article was written… in some ways I am really really trying to be more optimistic about things at the moment… just thinking of more ideas about how to deliver my work better to an online audience.
I have been laughing also about my old days on deviantArt. But although dA had it’s faults (and lots of them) to me it was actually a good platform for sharing art when it was more active. I do have a sense of nostalgia for that platform. In essence it was a good thing just it attracted a lot of negatives. I actually really got a lot of my first exposure on deviantArt and back in its heydays it was far better than instagram is for sharing art and such.
