‘Personality’ is a video-based installation artwork.

Imagining myself as a sponge, my mind is deep down in the ocean. There is cold, dark, and silence. I never find my mind back, but my body remains in this world. If you want to know if I am still alive or not, please use the needle to stab me. This sadness won’t hurt me at all, because I left my soul, deep down under the ocean.

Sponges do not have nervous, digestive, or circulatory systems. Instead, most rely on maintaining constant water flow through their bodies to obtain food and oxygen and to remove wastes.

Sponges are mostly hermaphroditic.
