Duffy hasn’t been to cabaret for several weeks now. Lockdown has prevented her the opportunity to go. Last night she opened her walk-in-wardrobe, and flicked through all of her dresses. But she missed ‘shopping therapy’. She missed having designer shopping bags, heavy on each arm, but worth every penny. Compensating, Duffy opened her laptop and began to browse online shopping. Looking for ‘sexy red slip-on shoes’, she found this pair. They arrived this morning, and Duffy has not yet taken them off. In lockdown, she dresses mostly for herself, but appearance is important to Duffy, and she won’t let herself down.
