Show Girl

Just because we all need to smile in these darkened times. She’s a show girl, but it’s unclear who she is performing for. In isolation she only has herself. She reflects how things used to be; how she would have been in a club right now, swaying her body and and looking sultry for her audience. She is loosing her ‘sparkle’, as she likes to call it, and feels low. In an attempt to feel better, she dresses up in her finery and turns up the music. Hopefully her neighbours won’t mind.
