I have one of those somewhere :’) When I used to do more marker coloring I used to attempt to shove them in those pencil wraps. Now I wonder where mine is….

Looks like a bandolier … you know … the belt full of gun cartridges that the bandits or rebels wear across the body in action films etc. Perhaps try wearing it as a bandolier of crayons
